St. Joseph's/Candler Physician Network - Vascular Specialists includes the combined experience of Norman Lee Yates III, M.D., and Kristy Wiebke, DO, RPVI, Vascular Surgeons, with the latest technology to improve your quality of life. Our physicians can perform nearly a dozen procedures specializing in the vascular system. We are excited to announce that Dr. Yates will now offer office hours in Pooler at the new St. Joseph's/Candler Pooler campus the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month.
