Centrally located in midtown Savannah, St. Joseph's/Candler's endocrinology center offers state of the art diagnosis and treatment for those suffering with hormonal disorders. Some of the conditions we treat include:

Thyroid disorders
Pituitary disorders
Adrenal disorders
Hypogonadism
Osteoporosis and other disorders of mineral metabolism
Lipid disorders

Both Dr. Nelson and Dr. Nath are trained in diagnostic thyroid ultrasounds and thyroid fine needle aspirations that will be offered at this center if indicated. Dr. Nelson's special interests include the management of adrenal and pituitary disorders. Dr. Nath’s special interests are in thyroid cancer and the use of diabetes technology in optimizing diabetes care.
