Dr. James Carr received his Bachelor of Science in biology from Mercer University in Macon. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Medical College of Georgia in Augusta where he also completed his internship and residency. He is a member of the American Medical Association, National Medical Association, South Atlantic Medical Association and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. Dr. Carr has been practicing in Savannah since 1988.
