Dr. Carolyn Nelson earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from Louisiana State University. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham after her education. She then pursued a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Nelson has a special focus on managing adrenal and pituitary disorders and leads the SJ/C Physician Network—Endocrinology location at 4849 Paulsen Street, Savannah.
Dr. Priti Nath brings a diverse background to our center. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emory University in Atlanta and a Doctorate of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Nath completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia, and further specialized with a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
