Conditions we treat

We specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in patients of all ages. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition, our team is here to help.

Sports injuries

Athletes of all levels, from high school players to weekend warriors, are at risk for sports-related injuries. These can range from mild sprains and strains to more severe conditions such as ligament tears and stress fractures. Proper diagnosis and treatment are crucial to ensuring a full recovery and preventing further damage. Our team provides personalized treatment plans to help you return to activity safely and effectively, with an emphasis on rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies.

Fractures and bone injuries

Fractures can happen suddenly due to accidents, falls, or sports-related trauma, but they can also result from repetitive stress or underlying bone conditions. Left untreated, fractures can lead to improper healing, chronic pain or long-term mobility issues. At our practice, we provide non-surgical fracture care, using the latest techniques to promote healing while minimizing discomfort. We work with patients to develop recovery plans that help them regain strength and mobility as quickly and safely as possible.

Joint pain and stiffness

Joint pain can stem from arthritis, injury, overuse or underlying medical conditions. It may cause stiffness, swelling, and difficulty moving, impacting daily activities and overall quality of life. Without proper treatment, joint pain can worsen over time, leading to loss of function and independence. We offer comprehensive joint care, including diagnostic evaluations, physical therapy recommendations and targeted treatments such as ultrasound-guided injections to reduce inflammation and improve mobility.

Back pain

Back pain is one of the most common complaints among adults and can stem from muscle strain, spinal issues, poor posture, or degenerative conditions. Whether your pain is acute or chronic, it can interfere with work, exercise and daily tasks. Our team evaluates the root cause of back pain and develops customized treatment plans, incorporating non-invasive therapies to provide relief. We help patients regain function and reduce the likelihood of recurring pain through strengthening exercises, posture correction and pain management techniques.

Concussions

Head injuries require specialized care, especially when they result in concussions. Symptoms of a concussion may include headaches, dizziness, confusion and memory problems, which can persist if not properly managed. We use ImPACT Testing, a computer-based neurocognitive assessment tool, to evaluate concussions and track recovery progress. By monitoring symptoms and guiding patients through a safe return-to-activity plan, we ensure long-term brain health and reduce the risk of further complications.

Hand and foot injuries

The hands and feet are highly complex structures that can be affected by fractures, sprains, tendon injuries, and conditions such as trigger finger or plantar fasciitis. These injuries can make everyday tasks difficult and painful, requiring expert care to restore function. Our practice provides diagnostic evaluations, splinting and non-surgical treatments to promote healing while preserving movement and flexibility. We work with each patient to develop a care plan that minimizes pain and maximizes recovery.

Injury prevention, strengthening & flexibility management

Beyond treating existing injuries, we emphasize preventative care to help patients build strength and flexibility, reducing their risk of future problems. Our team provides guidance on proper body mechanics, stretching routines and strengthening exercises tailored to each patient’s needs. By focusing on long-term musculoskeletal health, we help individuals stay active, mobile and pain-free.
