Now more than ever it is important for you and your family to have a medical home with a physician who is intimately acquainted with your medical history. St. Joseph's/Candler has a team of primary care physicians serving the entire region. Our physicians in the Eisenhower office are Dr. Joenie Almeida, Dr. Felicia Carr, Dr. Frederick Harold and Dr. Lorraine McRae. The Eisenhower practice is a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home, which is a model of primary care that combines teamwork and information technology to improve care, improve patients' experience of care and reduce costs.
