Now more than ever it is important for you and your family to have a medical home with a physician who is intimately acquainted with your medical history. Dr. Fleming's practice utilizes a unique patient care model that is membership based, which allows patients enhanced access to their physician as well as other preventative benefits. That will be backed by the progressive, leading-edge resources of the region's most respected and experienced healthcare system.
Dr. Fleming is part of the MDVIP national network of primary care doctors. As part of MDVIP, Dr.Fleming sees less patients so she can focus on delivering personalized medicine, patient-centered medicine and preventive care. Patients will get an appointment with Dr. Fleming the same or next day and appointments will start on time.
