Dr. Lisa Bozik completed her medical degree at Mercer University School of Medicine and her residency in internal medicine at Medical Center of Central Georgia. With an extensive background in internal medicine office practice, as well as hospital and academic settings, Dr. Bozik is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the Medical Association of Georgia. Dr. Thomas Falace received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He later completed his residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Dr. Falace is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association and South Carolina Medical Association. He has participated in numerous presentations and research projects, as well as civic and leisure activities. Dr. Falace is licensed to practice medicine in Georgia and South Carolina. Dr. McNeely is a board certified internal medicine physician with more than 30 years of experience. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Medical College of Georgia as well.
