Dr. Kenneth Eugene is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. He completed his residency at St. Thomas Medical Center in Akron, Ohio. Prior to joining St. Joseph’s/Candler Primary Care in Rincon, Dr. Eugene spent more than 20 years working as a physician at the Employee Family Medical Center – International Paper. Dr. Eugene is a member of the American Academy of Family Practitioners, American Board of Family Medicine and American Board of Family Medicine Added Qualification in Hospice and Palliative Care. Dr. Melanie Mooney attended the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky, where she received her medical degree. She completed her internship and residency in family practice at the University of Louisville, Glasgow/Barren County Family Medicine in Glasgow, Kentucky.
